Say It - Don’t Delay It

Throughout our life (if we’re lucky) there will be so many different situations and scenarios when the people who care about us will be there for us.

Sometimes in providing opportunities for our growth, offering their advice or support, loving us through painful moments and offering a helping hand when we really need it.

Whatever those moments look like for each of us, we shouldn’t wait to let those “human angels” know how much we appreciate them.

Today on The Karen Kenney Show, we’re talking about missed opportunities that can happen because we choose to put off until tomorrow what we could be doing today.

Things like saying, “Thank you”, “I’m so proud of you”, “I forgive you” or “I love you” or by giving a hug, making a phone call, sending a card or showing your gratitude. If we’re not practicing mindfulness and being aware, if we’re not paying close attention, then some moments that we can’t ever get back, just might pass us by.

As I often tell my mentoring clients & community members, “We never know when the last exhale is coming”, so please say it - don't delay it.
