A Talk With Chiropractor Brett Coapland
Trusting someone to the point of throwing referrals their way “without having to think twice about it” is the kind of relationship I have with this week’s special guest. I know that no matter who I send his way, he’s going to show up, pay attention and do the very best he can to be helpful.
Today on The Karen Kenney Show, we’re talking to my friend and chiropractor, Dr. Brett Coapland. Brett is the founder and clinic director of “Performance Health Spine & Sport Therapy” in Concord, NH - where he helps people with their physical pain, specifically in the diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation of low back and hip dysfunction.
Brett is a lifelong learner in his field and has extensive training in soft tissue modalities including Active Release Techniques (ART) and Dry Needling. He’s dedicated a great deal of time and energy studying evidence-based therapies and he’s super passionate about serving the health and wellness of his patients and implementing strategies to get them out of pain quickly and back to their active lifestyles.
Today he shares some of his insights in those areas with us and we talk about things like, what we need to pay attention to, when to see a doctor and where we can push through.
Join us for this candid conversation, filled with laughter, insight and inspiration.
